The Liberal Democrats look set to take a seat held by former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher at the next general election, according to poll by Survation.
Finchley and Golders Green, held by the Conservatives since 2010, currently has the Liberal Democrats leading by 12 points, on 41 percent, with the Tories at just 29 percent.
Labour, who were just three percent behind Conservative MP Mike Freer at the last election, would come third with only 25 percent – down from 44 percent in 2017.

The constituency covers most of the former seat of Finchley, held by Margaret Thatcher for over thirty years, from 1959 until 1992.
The Liberal Democrat candidate for the seat, Luciana Berger, is currently the MP for Liverpool Wavertree. She dramatically resigned the Labour Party earlier this year to form the Independent Group, but joined the anti-Brexit party last month.
