Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab could face a shock defeat to the Liberal Democrats at the general election in less than two weeks, according to a recent poll.
A constituency poll of Esher and Walton by Deltapoll puts Liberal Democrat candidate Monica Harding only five percent away from defeating the former Brexit Secretary.
Raab is polling at 46 percent, down almost 13 points from 2017, with Harding at 41 percent, from 17 percent at the last election.
Labour, which came a distant second on 20 percent in 2017, could fall to third – the Deltapoll puts their support at a disappointing 9 percent.
Other parties, which include an independent candidate, pro-Remain party Advance, and the Monster Raving Looney Party, polled at four percent.

Should Raab lose his seat on December 12th, it could be one of the biggest shocks of election night, comparable to the defeat of former Conservative Defence Secretary Michael Portillo to Labour in 1997.
